These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.econfirst.lk (collectively referred to as the “Service”), operated by Sarva School of Higher Education (Pvt) Ltd.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your interaction with our platform.

Your agreement with us includes both these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreements”). By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Agreements.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Terms and Conditions
  • You must complete the sign-up process on the website before attending any online class.
  • If you are already registered with econfirst.lk and have a valid mobile number and Student ID—or are in the process of receiving one—you do not need to register again.
  • When creating an account for the first time on the website, you are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. If incorrect, false, or misleading information (such as name, email, address or contact details) is submitted for any reason, the Company will not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or consequences related to your registration or account access.
  • Printed learning materials (TUTE) will be sent to students via a courier service to the address provided at registration. If the materials are not received due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the student, econfirst.lk will not be held responsible for the loss or non-delivery. No replacement or refund will be issued under such circumstances.

Access and Privacy Policy

  • Access credentials (such as passwords) provided by EconFirst.lk are for your personal use only. Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • Online access is granted solely for educational purposes related to the class you are enrolled in. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
  • Each class includes one live session via Zoom (integrated with the website).
  • The recording of the live session will be available on the website 24 hours after the session and can be viewed only twice.
  • Any interruptions (e.g., power outages, poor internet connection, or data issues) will still count as a used attempt.

    • Under no circumstances will recorded classes be provided outside the above procedure. Any exceptions are solely at the discretion of top management.

Content and Intellectual Property

  • All class videos, materials, and related educational contents are the intellectual property of econfirst.lk and Mr. Amila Chinthaka Dias.
  • You are strictly prohibited from screen recording, copying, modifying, distributing, or sharing any class materials or videos.
  • Students should not allow others to use their login credentials under any circumstances. Regardless of the reason, account sharing is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately blocked.
  • If any violation is detected, your account will be immediately disabled, and an investigation will be initiated.
  • Violations of these terms will be treated as legal offenses under Sri Lanka’s Intellectual Property Act, and legal action will be taken without exception.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

  • Payments must be made on a monthly basis.
  • Your monthly access is valid from the 10th day of one month to the 9th day of the following month.
  • Payment must be completed before enrolling in a class. No student will be enrolled without making the required payment.
  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: We may collect your name, contact details, and payment information to facilitate class enrollment and service delivery.
  • Communication: We may collect data from your communications with us, including phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
  • Website Usage: We collect non-personal data such as IP addresses, cookies, and browsing behavior to enhance user experience and improve our platform.
